The TAR1SFM Taurus argon flowmeter connects to an argon gas cylinder. Its function is to measure the amount of gas passing through. It is generally used in TIG and MIG welding. The adjustment knob adjusts the flowrate and not the pressure. The flowrate is set in litres per minute. The gauge measures the inlet pressure and the tube measures the delivery flowrate.
